che-dashboard build success, but can't run dashboard server.

Summary

I opened the eclipse-che/che-dashboard repository in Red Hat Dev Spaces and performed a build.
I was able to build che-dashboard, but I don't know how to start it or check that it's working. What should I do?
Are there any prerequisites?

You can

1. You can deploy DevSpaces on another cluster
   or
2. Update devspaces CSV kubernetes resource in openshift-operator namespace and replace existed dashboard image with a new one

Prerequisites for changing the dashboard image:

• A published dashboard image
• An instance of OpenShift Dev Spaces on OpenShift.
• An active oc session with administrative permissions to the destination OpenShift cluster.

You need to edit the CheCluster Custom Resource on the cluster and update it with the new dashboard image(documentation page):

Sorry, I misunderstood.

It seems I was building on Dev Sandbox, not Dev Space.

In this case, is it not possible to check the operation?

Although I couldn’t achieve it on Dev Sandbox, I was able to replace the che-dashboard by using Minikube and making the changes as @olexii4 suggested.
