devfile command list is corrupted on the dogfooding cluster

Describe the bug

Not all devfile commands are visible on the dogfooding cluster

7.119@latest

Steps to reproduce

1. Start a workspace on dogfooding cluster for che-server repo - https://github.com/eclipse-che/che-server
2. Open devfile commands
3. ERROR: There are no claude commands - https://github.com/eclipse-che/che-server/blob/main/devfile.yaml#L94-L102
4. ERROR: there is a setup Gemeni CLI command that is not part of the devfile

Expected behavior

All devfile commands dare available after CDE startup

I believe it is expected because Gemini provider is a default one and it injects Set up Gemini CLI command into the workspace

I don't think this is related to the AI Provider. I checked the Dev Spaces staging and the commands are missing there as well

ack, but the problem is that it does nothing + there is no Gemini CLI for me available after the workspace startup:
