Describe the bug

A workspace does not run, when uses a raw devfile of https://gitea.com/ provider,
e.g. -> https://gitea.com/chepullreq1/public-repo/raw/branch/main/devfile.yaml

There is observed the error:
The given url https://gitea.com/chepullreq1/public-repo/raw/branch/main/devfile.yaml is not a valid github URL.

• Open Dashboard
• launch a factory from, as e.g. https://gitea.com/chepullreq1/public-repo/raw/branch/main/devfile.yaml
