SAMM cli support for generating Apache parquet example files from an Aspect models

Apache Parquet support for Aspect Model - a new SAMM CLI command for generating Apache Parquet example payloads, supporting configuration, and all necessary dependencies.
The changes are grouped into dependency additions, new Parquet generation functionality, and CLI integration.

Example SAMM CLI command :
aspect "Aspect Model location (.ttl)" to parquet -o "Apache Parquet file output location (.parquet)"
