Certificate generation service is down

This might not be the right place to report it but the certificate generation service [https://test.mosquitto.org/ssl/](https://test.mosquitto.org/ssl/) is not working and it prints "**_File not found._**".

Might there be any other way of generating the certificate for test.mosquitto.org 8884?
