Extension not available but included in sitemap

The extension dipser.path-project-manager is no longer available but is still included in the sitemap.xml. This is causing mirror registries to throw an error when mirroring. I believe this is a bug.

To reproduce:

1. Go to https://open-vsx.org/sitemap.xml.
2. Search for dipser/path-project-manager
3. Follow the link provided in the sitemap and see a Not Found error.

There has been an inconsistency in the DB wrt this extension, this has been fixed manually. The sitemap should recover itself the next hour.

We did various improvements to prevent such cases from happening:

• refactor: stop using EntityManager.merge to obtain managed entities #2150
• feat: add a Data Consistency admin page (#1622) #2086

There is now also a data consistency check that will automatically fix the DB in such cases if they still occur (which hopefully does not happen anymore in the next version).
