999 codes for village ID

There are 1457 individuals with 999 code for village ID. Would be good to check that with the final version of the data that will be released on 2018-10-20. If still here, we may need to ask for information on that to the LBS.

Surprisingly, there are 26 households only with 999 code for village ID. Hard to believe there are only 26 households for 1457 individuals. Would be good to merge household and individual data set at some point.

Cannot be done unfortunately since the unique identifier is the district and village ID!
