electrons→atoms: parameterize force fields from TB (grounding bridge)

Charges/bond orders from the electronic rung parameterize classical force-field terms — the downward-grounding arrow homogenize currently takes on faith. Parameterized terms carry Trust::DerivedStochastic/DerivedExact instead of Fitted.
