  Triage - Priority, type, and user needs to be assigned
• status::2 Open

  Open - Processed by tech or leadership and is free to take
• status::3 Development

  Development - In the process of being worked on by someone, should be assigned at this point
• status::4 Testing

  Testing - Development has been generally completed and now needs dev testing
• status::5 Review

  Review - Testing complete, merge request is opened and assigned to member of leadership or Tech
• status::6 Complete

  Complete - Item has been merged and will be applied on next server rebuild
• type::1 Bug

  Bug - Broken or unintentional feature that is causing a problem in production
• type::2 Update

  Update - Changes to currently existing features
• type::3 Feature

  Feature - New addition that is not currently in production
• type::4 Documentation

  Documentation - Discussion and information is needed to better understand the project
