Where is the default data path when running locally

I ran bunqueue locally, but I'm confused where the sqlite is actually stored. I can't find it the current working directory or ./data/bunq.db

Q1. Where is the local path?
Q2. How can I programmatically configure it?

You manually need to set the path in your .env file:

Defaultly it doesn't use a file.

Thanks. As I understand it now, there's no way of configuring it programmatically correct? Using env var DATA_PATH is very likely to conflict with other env var in the consuming application.

I understand your problem. @egeominotti should change this env variable to BG_DATA_PATH

Or is there a specific reason why you would like to set this programmatically?

Also do you use TCP/server mode or embedded mode?

I chose bunqueue specifically because I can run it both in embedded and server mode at runtime - thus making my application possible standalone as well as distributed. Making it only accessible via env var is not ideal - it would be nice if it could be done programmatically (even if declarative like bullmq style connection; make embedded: true + dataDir: "./path"). Just an idea. For now I'll use the DATA_PATH env var, but I believe there should be a programmatic way to set it as well.

Understandable @eyueldk! Create a new issue for this as @egeominotti does not always check this right away. Easier to make a new feature request for this. He checks issues everyday (and implements the features always almost the next day)
