Codex now has an Agent tool similar to Claude Code. Superflow's core workflow (phases, PAR, TDD) is pure markdown — potentially compatible.

- Test if Codex can consume
references/*.md and prompts/*.md as instructions
- Identify Claude Code-specific bindings (Agent tool, SKILL.md frontmatter,
~/.claude/rules/)
- Evaluate whether a universal adapter layer is feasible without over-complicating the skill
