How to use the bot's code?

I have st up the env variables when I realised you shared no information on how to add your code to slack. How do I connect my newly created bot with your code?

Did you follow the steps in the readme?

RTC_BOT_TOKEN - Bot token for Slack. Go to https://<your-team>.slack.com/services/new/bot, and add a bot.

and

RTC_WEBHOOK - Webhook to publish attachments into Slack. Go to https://<your-team>.slack.com/services/new/incoming-webhook, and get the value specified as the "Webhook URL":

I haven't used slack in a few years, but I suspect those URLs probably still work. If not, google for bot token and webhook.
