Move documentation to elastic/opentelemetry #490
Description
As part of the docs consolidation, we will move the existing documentation from this repo to elastic/opentelemetry.
Related to this, we should decide how to name this agent from now on (Elastic Distribution of OpenTelemetry Android?).
Docs issues still present in this repo would have to be moved, too.
