[Enhancement] Group administration

It is currently not possible to remove any member from a group, only the member can leave.

In some situations, it may be necessary to have some control over group participants - is there a possibility to have the creator of the group remove or block members?

From view in decentralised way, there should be no control centre point of group or meeting to decide who can enter into, leave from group or block someone, even from who had created a group. It's a big change of using group.

But still that is a good suggestion, and honestly, we also want and will to support group administration in decentralised way. But its' a long term vision and need to think it through over and over :). It's not easy to implement it very soon.
