Use ExplorerBrowser instead of self-implemented controls

Since Windows XP is deprecated, electrifier should use ExplorerBrowser which was introduced with Windows Vista.

I'd be glad to work with you on requirements for ExplorerBrowser. I just pushed a version that will be published in the next release of Vanara.Windows.Forms. I believe it has all your functionality, plus a bit more.

Hi, David, thanks, after having some breaks while working on electrifier for private reasons it's just these days I came back to this beast, and yes, I already made some small modifications to Vanara.ExplorerBrowser to get things up and running.

And yes, if you would like to get this thing into a stable state it would be a good thing if we work together to get it up and running, since I still think it my be helpful for others, too, although it has it's limitations.

I saw your small changes and used them to model some additions to the control in Vanara. That control was in the repository, but was not exposed in the library. I believe that with the changes I have made it is ready to be published. I will publish version 3.1.4 in the next few days and would appreciate your comments after seeing if you can replace the one you copied into your project.

I didn't even know that you are following my project ✌️

However, don't be afraid I never planed to contribute my additions to Vanara, it's just that there are still some issues that give me headache with ExplorerBrowser.

So in the end I'm still undecided whether it wouldn't be easier to re-integrate ShellTreeView and ShellListView from scratch (this time using Vanara.PInvokeand Vanara.Windows.Shell instead of my own PInvoke-Calls) to leverage their full potential - especially since I already had fine working versions with some minor issues as you can see.

It's just that I'm currently focusing on electrifiers functionality, not implementation details. If you are interested in having ShellTreeView and ShellListView contributed into Vanara in some month (...or years...) I would be glad to share them with you, as soon as I'm done 😄
