[Story] Support `map_style_url` configuration from `.well-known/matrix/client`

Description

• As a server admin
• I want Element X and Element Pro to use the map tile server I configured on my infra.

Implement the server URL configuration as defined in MSC3488. The SDK already exposes the infomation in TileServerInfo](https://github.com/matrix-org/matrix-rust-sdk/blob/matrix-sdk-ui-0.17.0/crates/matrix-sdk-base/src/store/traits.rs#L2027).

Acceptance criteria

• When map_style_url is defined, the app does not use anymore its default server.

What if the EnterpriseAppSettings have a value defined for the mapTilerConfiguration, should the well-known value take precedence over the EnterpriseAppSettings or the other way around @manuroe @mxandreas ?
