Uninstall: Some flatpaks refuse to be uninstalled

What Happened?

I have an application refusing to be uninstalled from application menu. "nl.emphisia.icon"
it gets uninstalled from commandline, but prompts the user for confirmation, as there is also "nl.emphisia.icon.Locale"

I am not sure what causes this behaviour. I think ive noticed for another app or two - how could i track this kind of issue ?

Steps to Reproduce

install nl.emphisia.icon
right-click on it in appmenu
"Deinstall"
confirm
it is still there

Expected Behavior

Deinstallation works-.
