When I tried dragging an application from the app menu to the dock so I could pin it, it didn't work.
I'm using the official elementary OS 8 release that became available on November 26th. I have done all of the system updates.
Steps to Reproduce
Signed into my account with the 'Secure Session' option
Opened the 'Applications' menu
Started dragging an app icon to the dock to pin it
After the app menu box disappeared, the app icon I was dragging disappeared along with it
Expected Behavior
The usual behavior is that you would drag an app icon from the app menu to the dock and it would be pinned to it. This is the behavior present in the 'Classic Session' and elementary OS 7.1 Horus.
