Description
What Happened?
I remapped these keyboard shortcuts:
Applications->Launch nth dock item: disabled (all) to free the key mappingsWorkspaces->Switch to workspace n:Super n(i.e.Super 1,Super 2, etc.)Workspaces->Move to workspace n:Super Shift n(i.e.Super Shift 1,Super Shift 2, etc.)
In general they work but some of them don't:
Super 7Super Shift 4,Super Shift 8,Super Shift 9
When having an app window focused which accepts text input (e.g. the Terminal) then (instead of triggering the configured action) the corresponding key combo without Super gets sent to the app window, i.e. in the example above (with my German keyboard layout) 7, $, (, ).
Note: Maybe related to my German keyboard layout, compare elementary/settings-keyboard#559.
Steps to Reproduce
- Remap keyboard shortcuts as mentioned above (don't know if this is mandatory).
- Create 8 workspaces by placing some app window on each.
- Open a Terminal on workspace 1 and have it focused.
- Try all keyboard shortcuts
Super 1-Super 8/Super Shift 1-Super Shift 8.
Expected Behavior
Keyboard shortcuts should work as expected.
