Fractional scaling: Cursor too big when screenshotting windows

What Happened?

When screenshotting a window with grab pointer, the cursor is too big in the screenshot when fractional scaling is enabled.

Steps to Reproduce

1. enable fractional scaling and set it to 125 %
2. screenshot a window with grab pointer enabled

Expected Behavior

cursor shouldn't be too big
