Extend E2E Testing

Recent efforts regarding post-processing of results, have raised the question of extending the e2e tests.

For the sake of coverage and protection against regressions.

With increasing use of the tests, we need to manage the complexity of the test setup, and, most importantly, the validity of the expected outcomes. Without arriving at essentially a parallel version of goquery.

Areas to cover:

• enable testing of post-processing cases in goquery AND the distributed global-query scenario
• make argument handling scalable (see e.g. API and streaming control flags)
• curate the input data / refine expected results
