Update: I tested OpenWrt on my x86 machine, and the NIC is able to achieve my full internet speed without any issues. I’m trying to figure out why MikroTik OS on the same hardware is not reaching full throughput. Any advice or possible causes would be appreciated. |

Hi. It’s my first time using MikroTik on an x86 CHUWI LarkBox X. When I connect directly to the LarkBox NIC, I get the full speed of my internet. But when I connect a switch or another router serving as an AP, the speed drops to around 50 Mbps.
There are no queues or bandwidth limiters configured. I already tried enabling FastTrack, but the speed is still slow. It’s just a basic initial setup to activate internet on my x86 MikroTik. Does anyone know why I’m only getting half of the speed?
I already checked the switch and router, and both support up to 1 Gbps.
