Rather than launching the kiosk app as part of weston, this may make more sense to launch via weston.ini. That would allow the .service to specify all of the weston launch commands directly dropping this .sh if wanted. But, moving the app launch to weston.ini buys other controls like being able to end weston if the kiosk app closes (which normally doesn't happen and is what you want with a kiosk app), etc.
That way weston and the app arn't tied together in a single thing so we can, for example, have a weston launch service, and a default weston.ini of launching the kiosk that can more easily be changed than having to customize the whole service as it is now.
