obspy: fdsn client fails with this endpoint must be available over WSS. #3988
Description
The IRIS fdsn client fails with:
xpython.js:9 Mixed Content: The page at 'https://mmesch.com/jupyterlite-obspy/extensions/@jupyterlite/xeus-extension/static/78.49d419e….js?v=49d419e…' was loaded over HTTPS, but attempted to connect to the insecure WebSocket endpoint 'ws://service.iris.edu/'. This request has been blocked; this endpoint must be available over WSS.
Presumable because I'm trying to access a non-encrypted service from an https deployment.
