Opening this as a living task tracker / reminder of where we are on the STAC catalog generation and importing new radar lines. The starting focus is on CReSIS data post 2000 until 2010-ish, but we'll track other provider status here as well.
It may also be a good idea to start tracking some of the catalog creation yml config files under git, so that we have better provenance and reproducibility on the metadata side...
