Allow for .plan meshes to be extracted as OBJ/glTF

I wanna rip Crash Test Teddy from LBP2 but I cannot because it is a .plan file, and afaik there is no way to export it as a usable mesh.

.plan isnt a model format, search for .mol in its dependencies

objects made from materials don't have a .mol, their meshes are generated at runtime
as such, we would need decompiled mesh generation code from lbp to accurately recreate the mesh for exporting
you'd be better off using something like ninjaripper probably
