Set up Travis CI #1
Description
Once this repo has content, we should set up Travis CI.
This might be a non-trivial endeavor because we need to support three languages on the build image: Python, R, and Julia. Travis does not officially support multiple languages, but the issue and StackOverflow suggest that workarounds are possible.
