Peers tab not updating

Set a 5 sec refresh rate, then start a download.
Open torrent's Peers Tab and see: is not refreshing peers speeds every 5 sec.
Now resize slowly the window, take about 15-30 secs, ad see the peers speeds are refreshed every 5 sec.
