Questions:

• Cover the Consolidated List of Chemicals Subject to the Emergency Planning and Community Right-To-Know Act (EPCRA) or, instead of the meta list, cover the original regulations instead?
• Are the state Right-To-Know Acts for pure substances only, or also mixtures? If substances only, they need to be moved to ComponentUS.
