discarded elements

In SDSComXMLCT.xsd are listed several previously discarded elements in the comments (MinimumIgnitionTempOfADustCloud, MinIgnitionTempOfA5mmDustLayer, ...). If they are reimplemented, to which section of PhysicalChemicalProperties they would belong? I couldn't find any old XSD, where these elements were implemented.

As far as I know, these are no properties used for GHS classification, so I suppose this would go in OtherSafetyInformation. See also issue #274. Any need for these properties or should we delete them?

See Phrase Cataloge - properties exist and are used for B2B communication. These two should be added (and probably others).

Is the sequence of the xml fields following the sequence of the phrase catalogue?
If yes, this would mean, the MinimumIgnitionTempOfADustCloud (01.09.02.02.03.01.01.08) and MinIgnitionTempOfA5mmDustLayer (01.09.02.02.03.01.01.10) belong to section 9/SafetyRelevantInformation of the xml, because they are followed in the catalogue by AutoignitionTemperature (01.09.02.02.03.01.01.11), which already belong to this xml section.

This is poorly coordinated by now. I am working on scripts to keep things in sync between XML and phrase catalogue better, and I assume this will become a separate issue once we have the workflow (and results)
