Regression: M5Stack CamS3 5MP does not work anymore

Expected behavior

With 2.1.5 the "mega ccm" camera module used by the M5Stack CamS3 5MP (PY260) did work fine.

Actual behavior (suspected bug)

With 2.1.6 ESPHome reports, that it gets no camera frames.

Steps to reproduce the behavior

1. Update to the current ESPHome version which upgraded the esp32-camera driver from 2.1.1 to 2.1.6, and the same device will break.
2. Downgrading manually to 2.1.5 and it will work fine.
