Description

Stack simulation signing doesn't show if the address is a valid signer.

just sign-stack sep 044-U17-zora council
Retrieved safe for 'council': 0xf64bc17485f0B4Ea5F06A96514182FC4cB561977
Using ledger
Signing with: 0x43434343434343434343434343434343434343
⏳ You are signing the task: 044-U17-zora for network: 'sep' on the nested safe: 0xf64bc17485f0B4Ea5F06A96514182FC4cB561977

It would be nice to ensure that the address is a signer on the safe.
However, this can create a bug where the execution is not occurring in the previous simulation, leading to an inconsistent state.
