Why is this living.

I’d like to present a new local build system for the EIP WG repos that makes local full-pipeline builds much easier, lowers the cost of contributing to the repo/tooling stack, and removes a lot of the current multi-repo setup friction.

I have a working system ready and expect to have the PRs public for review by the time of the meeting. While I wish I could demo everything live, the site build process still takes 10+ minutes even after the move from Jekyll to Zola, so not great for meetings!

Recently, I noticed that EIP-7904 incorporated additional research and supporting data directly within the Assets section (e.g., references like this and this).

Perhaps a similar approach could be considered for EIP-7979 and/or EIP-8013 to include relevant supporting information.
