db checker does not catch category errors

Describe the bug
When adding results to the NVF folder, event 3352 displayed an incorrect masters category (no surprise).

To Reproduce
Pull original result for 3352 and it should display that a certain masters category is not found. The DB Checker does not capture this.

Expected behavior
DB Checker script highlights any non-conforming categories.
