Hi,

I am trying to use NeuropixelsRegistration on my neuropixel recording session, but I do not see any output aside from figures. I'd like to be able to use this drift correction before sending the data through kilosort. Is this possible? I saw in the read me that some of the output is "under construction", so maybe this why?

Hi Erin, Sorry for the delay. I'm connecting you to the students, Hyun-Dong and Julien who have been writing a jupyter notebook of the registration routine that takes in a bin file and then also outputs a bin file. Are you aware of any ongoing effort to integrate this drift-correction step properly with the kilosort pipeline?

Are there any updates on the jupyter notebook for the registration routine? I have some recordings with drift due to physical movements I am trying to clean up as good as possible, and your approach looks impressive and would like to give it a try if available.
