BUG - test environment site app pages should have nav bar

Test Environmetn separates out the app pages as indifvidual pages without nav bar to make it easier to experiment with AI tooling on the individual app pages without any distraction.

i.e.

• https://eviltester.github.io/grid-table-editor/app.html
• https://eviltester.github.io/grid-table-editor/generator.html
• https://eviltester.github.io/grid-table-editor/webmcp.html
• https://eviltester.github.io/grid-table-editor/combinatorial.html

These pages should all show the test environment icon in the top left and should not have the nav bar.

But the pages that are released in the test environment site - should have the test environment icon and the navbar.

We need to fix the following.

Currently these do not have the test environment icon or the navbar:
