Does Australia have a central repository of profile pictures for legislators yet?

Not for all 3 levels of gov. Great idea and certainly something to add but I recon a separate repo is in order for it - composability & all.

First thing is to work out a deterministic id for legislators that is database agnostic - we should talk about this soon.
