How I get my best work done:
I tend to book focus time where I could solely work on specific tasks without getting distracted. Regular check-ins with the team to discuss progress or advise in any blockers.
The role I usually take in a team:
No preference, I'm always happy to take any role that helps us to progress our tasks.
My communication style:
I like as direct communication as possible and I always try not to mention any details that might not be relevant to the project or task we are currently working on.
What I value:
Regular updates on the projects and I would also appreciate when someone shows enthusiasm.
What people misunderstand about me:
Being an introvert sometimes can be misunderstood as not being friendly which in my opinion is not the case.
How I like to get my feedback:
Direct & if possible providing recommendations of what can be done differently.
Technical strengths & weaknesses:
Even though I have some experience in Python from the past, my JavaScript, HTML and CSS are basic so would love to develop on these skills.
Interests (programming or otherwise!):
I really like travelling to different places, spending time with family and friends, and going to the gym!
