How I get my best work done:
I get my best work done when working together and everyone, including myself, has motivation toward the project. I am always open to take some time away from the project if moral drops.
The role I usually take in a team:
I like to organise the in the team but not neccessarily take lead. It's important everyone can input their ideas and everyone takes those on board so I don't like to be the sole leader of a team, and prefer everyone to chip in.
My communication style:
I mostly like to communicate via voice be it in a call or in real life.
What I value:
I value understandings peoples feelings and knowledge, making sure people aren't left behind or in the dark and are included in the project even if their understanding of something may not be as good.
Treating people with equal respect is also very important.
What people misunderstand about me:
There are never any hard feelings between myself and anyone even if we disagree and get frustrated on something and have to take a step back. I like to make sure everything is resolved and everyone is happy.
How I like to get my feedback:
I don't mind how feedback is presented to me but I like honest feedback on the things I do.
Technical strengths & weaknesses:
I have technical strengths in a wide area like css, js and html. I am weaker when it comes to writing such as creating content or filling out reports.
Interests (programming or otherwise!):
I am also interested in electronic engineering as well as graphic design. I also love going out and seeing friends!
