The MinIO project has moved to a read-only archive and no longer provides builds (see https://github.com/minio/minio). As a result, we should reconsider our use of S3-compatible storage or consider outsourcing storage to a provider such as Hetzner. However, I would prefer an option that avoids vendor lock-in.
