The firmware's transmit prohibition is ineffective. After setting the transmit prohibition, transmission is still possible.
Reproduction Steps

1. Locate the channel settings menu.
2. Enter radio.
3. Find enable tx.
4. Set to no.

After executing the reproduction steps, transmission does not occur.
