Filtering by ID can replace the type filter in the UI, so we won't ever provide both type and id parameters or ask for filter counts for a given user/import id. With tree inventories out of scope, we can also exclude cluster counts: the largest community map has 1153 locations, which thanks to changes to map performance we are now able to show on a map.
