No way of resetting type filter

In my testing, I realise that deviating from the default type filter results in the helpful orange dot over the filter toggle, but that there is no way to reset the type filter to its default settings (short of reversing all my previous checking/unchecking operations), since refreshing the page or hacking the URL isn't an option. Do we want/need a reset button alongside the select all and clear buttons?

It's true the user can't reset, and I think they also don't know what the default is, or have a good handle on what is shown. Organising types into categories #383 would solve it, although it's a big effort that would first involve identifying good categories for a beginning user.

I imagine two dropdowns - group by: category, taxonomy, none, and sort by: count, name (arrows up/down for asc/desc).

I think they categories should have group semantics, instead of tag, and they should be beginner friendly labels like "Fruit trees". To prevent experts from then endlessly challenging us on whether something is a fruit tree or not, we will offer them the exciting "Taxonomy" grouping, where we could also add third level of family names, so the tree is manageable and everyone can learn them.

This would then come with a job of curating a thousand types, but an LLM will probably be excellent at it.

If filters get bigger we can move them to the tab ribbon on mobile (swapping with list or settings).
