In playing around with the playlists, I saw that it is possible to Import a public playlist into an on-device playlist (give it the same name and it works quite well), so that is most of the functionality needed. But still, the above suggestion, if it could be implemented, would be just that little bit more convenient. |

When you bookmark an album with the bookmark/ribbon icon, it simply appears as such, without all of the songs/tracks becoming Favorites in the Songs tab. The album is just marked as a Favorite in the Album tab.
Is it possible to do the same with a Playlist that is public? If I scroll through the playlists after a search and decide I like one and want to mark it, it seems I have to choose it as a ❤️, which ends up populating the Favorites in the Songs tab with every song listed in that playlist. This rapidly clogs up the Song Favorites list, reducing its utility.
I think it would enhance the user experience if there was the possibility to just Bookmark the playlist (as per an Album can be) and just have that playlist listed as a Favorite under the Playlist tab, without adding every song into the Songs Favorites list. I can't seem to find a way to do this.
Meanwhile, thanks to the developers for such a nifty app. 🥰
