After update of Chrome to Version 145.0.7632.76 (Official Build) (64-bit) the Dials are not accessible in "Incognito mode"

Describe the bug
After update of Chrome to Version 145.0.7632.76, the Dials are not accessible in new incognito window/tab.

Steps To Reproduce
After update of Chrome to mentioned version the new incognito window shows only information "You’ve gone Incognito" and Dials are not visible. The re-enabling of GroupSpeedDial extension in incognito mode doesn't help.

Expected behavior
When there it is enabled the GroupSpeedDial extension in incognito mode, it should shows the dials in new incognito window.

Device info:

• operating system: Windows 11 Pro, Version 10.0.26200 Build 26200
• Browser and version: Chrome Version 145.0.7632.76
• GroupSpeedDial version: Group Speed Dial 29.3

I can reproduce it here.
Was Chrome 144 opening dials page in New tab pages? I haven't tested this in a while...

In any case, this is not something my extension can affect, the overriding of New tab / Homepage pages is fully handled by the browser. My extension only specifies that it would like to override these pages, but browser doesn't have oblige - for example Opera doesn't allow this at all, even in normal windows.

So it looks like Chrome changed override behavior in Incognito mode.

Regarding workarounds - you can still access the dials page:

1. through the toolbar icon - click it and then click one of the groups you see in the list
2. through the keyboard shortcut - in Chrome it's by default "Alt + 1", but you can customize it in "chrome://extensions/shortcuts" page

I'm not sure about previous version, but it runs before (auto)update of chrome without problem. Today's update breaks this...

This workaround is fine:
through the toolbar icon - click it and then click one of the groups you see in the list
and I can live with that, thank you.
