Import from bookmarks

Why is it not possible to select which folders can be imported from bookmarks, yet the strangest part is that when you open the extension for the first time, you can select the folders to import, and the most visited pages can only be imported the first time you open the extension?

Well, the import is important during the initial setup.
Once you have your dials setup, there is usually no need for further import.

You see, I simply wanted to avoid extra work, because during the initial setup there are no existing dials, so I don't have deal with merging the imported bookmarks with existing dials.
I wanted to look into this when I start working on "bookmarks integration" feature, but that was scraped due to complexity.

Anyway, I'll put it on my todo list and see if I can do some simple wrapper around the importing module from the tutorial.
