HI,

it looks like the preview is only shown if I search driectly through the url bar. If I search with the input on google.com I see only the favicon but no preview image.

I have a new laptop so I can't say if its work proper before on it. But on my older computer it works als not well. Here I see also only favicons but no missing previewimage.

I wrote you now because its a feature I use since I can't remember and I like it.

The favicon is not handled by my extension anymore, Google is adding them now.
Regarding the broken image - is the image first only missing and then it changes to the "broken image"?
(what you see on your screenshot is a "broken image")
Also, when you reload the page (for example with "Ctrl + r", or "F5" key), will that fix the image?

I should probably implement a proper "server is unreachable" detection to help diagnose issues like this.
