Login problem after CipSoft migration.

Hello. Yesterday I migrated my account from Ubisoft Connect to CipSoft, and after that I started experiencing login issues. When I do not select the option “Account migrated to CipSoft,” I receive the message “Error retrieving tsoUrl parameter,” followed by “Redirect Detected. Maintenance?”. However, when I select this option, I receive the following message:

I solved the problem. I don’t know why, but the client had a completely different password entered than the one I actually have.

It looks like your account hasn't been migrated. Please check this first.

Hello I migrate my ubisoft to cipsoft account last friday , then I download the latest client and check the cipsoft account . It was working perfectly until yestarday . When open the client the email was empty as well as the password , all gone . I write again e-mail address and same password I use to log in TSO web page. First I get the message wrong email and password . I write them again and get this message

Can someone help me please ? I look every where for a solution and still not working Thank very much in advance .

do you have some sort of 2fa on ? can you login on webpage ? you need to setup client todo the same as when you login on webpage, else it will not work

No , I do not have any 2fa on .I can login in the webpage ,wihout problems. What dou mean by need to setup client as when you log on webpage ? I use the same password and same email . I check the option cipsoft account and have the same error . I delete and download the cliente , last version several times . The same error , first wrong password or mail , and then the capcha error . I use win 11 . I really appreciate any help . Thanks in advance
