Cannot use qore-next-template to start a project.

Step to reproduce:

$ qore create-project --template https://github.com/feedloop/qore-next-template.git qore_next_try
 ›   Error: "https://github.com/feedloop/qore-next-template.git" is not a valid template, please check if it is a qore 
 ›   project or choose from the following available templates: todo-list-typescript
