SIDEcar: DailyGiving original proof public media URL and first record activation

PR #1950 merged the backend proof gate update: DailyGiving proof_public_url may now point to an operator-approved original charity donation proof image, with proof_status=operator_approved_available.

The remaining steps require authenticated CMS/admin or production operator actions that Codex must not perform by reading secrets, cookies, tokens, or private URLs.

Required operator actions

1. Upload or select the original charity donation proof image as public media through the approved CMS/media workflow.
2. Provide the real public proof_public_url.
3. Confirm the URL is public media, not private storage, not a temporary signed URL, not tokenized, and not an admin/internal URL.
4. Authorize first production DailyGiving activation with:
   • record_code: FM-GIVING-2026-06-001
   • donation_date: 2026-06-05
   • recipient_name: 联合国儿童基金会（UNICEF）
   • recipient_official_url: https://www.unicef.cn/
   • amount_minor: 7500
   • currency: CNY
   • donation_status: completed or verified
   • proof_status: operator_approved_available
   • proof_public_url: operator-supplied real URL
   • is_public: true
   • is_indexable: false
